تعزيز قدرات المنظمات المدنية في الديوانية على رصد التوترات والتدخل المبكر

منظمات مدنية تتدرب على اكتشاف مؤشرات النزاع قبل تصاعدها

شهدت محافظة الديوانية نشاطاً تدريبياً ركّز على تعزيز قدرة منظمات المجتمع المدني على التعامل مع المؤشرات التي قد تنذر بظهور توترات أو نزاعات داخل المجتمع، ضمن توجه يدعم التدخل المبكر والحد من تداعيات الأزمات.

وخلال الجلسة، انتقل المشاركون إلى الجانب العملي من آليات الإنذار المبكر، من خلال دراسة كيفية ملاحظة التغيرات التي تسبق النزاعات، وتحليل مظاهر التوتر والخطاب المحرض، وصولاً إلى فهم العوامل المرتبطة بتصاعدها.

كما تناول التدريب أساليب التعامل مع المعلومات المرتبطة بالحالات المجتمعية المقلقة، مع التركيز على جمعها وتسجيلها بصورة منظمة وآمنة بما يساعد على توفير مؤشرات يمكن الاستفادة منها عند اتخاذ خطوات وقائية.

وتندرج هذه الفعالية ضمن أنشطة مبادرة السلام المستدام التي تنفذها منظمة إشراقات للتنمية بدعم من هيئة الأمم المتحدة للمرأة في العراق (UN Women Iraq) وتمويل صندوق المرأة للسلام والعمل الإنساني (WPHF).

Civil Society Organizations Trained to Detect Conflict Indicators Before Escalation

A training activity was held in Diwaniyah to strengthen the capacity of civil society organizations to identify signs that may signal emerging tensions or conflicts within communities, with a focus on early intervention and conflict prevention.

The session took a practical approach to community-based early warning mechanisms. Participants explored how to identify changes that may precede conflict, assess patterns of social tension and inflammatory discourse, and examine factors that could contribute to escalation.

The training also introduced structured approaches to handling information related to concerning community situations, emphasizing safe and organized collection and documentation to support preventive action and informed responses.

The activity forms part of the Sustainable Peace Initiative, implemented by Ishraqat Organization for Development, with the support of UN Women Iraq and funding from the Women’s Peace and Humanitarian Fund (WPHF).
