الاجتماع التنسيقي الخاص بالفريق الإداري للملتقى العام للمنظمات غير الحكومية في العراق

وناقش الاجتماع الجوانب التنظيمية المتعلقة بالمؤتمر المرتقب وآليات التنسيق مع منظمات المجتمع المدني بما يضمن مشاركة واسعة وفاعلة تعكس أهمية دور المنظمات غير الحكومية في تعزيز الشراكات المؤسسية وتطوير العمل المدني في العراق.

وترأس الاجتماع عضوا الإدارة المركزية للملتقى العام للمنظمات غير الحكومية في العراق السيد صبيح البخاتي والسيد عبدالله القزويني، بحضور مدير شؤون المنظمات غير الحكومية في محافظة المثنى الأستاذ منديل الزيادي، والمهندسة زمن الحمداني، ومدير مكتب مجلس النواب العراقي في محافظة المثنى الأستاذ جواد كاظم، إلى جانب عدد من رؤساء وممثلي منظمات المجتمع المدني في المحافظة.

وشهد اللقاء تبادل الآراء والمقترحات بشأن سبل تعزيز التعاون بين المنظمات والمؤسسات ذات العلاقة، بما يسهم في دعم المبادرات التنموية وترسيخ دور المجتمع المدني في خدمة القضايا المجتمعية.

واختتم الاجتماع بجملة من التوصيات التي تضمنت إقامة عدد من الأنشطة واللقاءات التنسيقية خلال المرحلة المقبلة، ضمن سلسلة من الاجتماعات التحضيرية الهادفة إلى تطوير أداء منظمات المجتمع المدني وتعزيز فاعليتها، بما يحقق نتائج ملموسة تخدم المجتمع العراقي وتدعم أهداف التنمية المستدامة.

Ishraqat for Development Organization (IDO), represented by its President, participated in the coordination meeting of the Administrative Team of the General Forum of Non-Governmental Organizations in Iraq – Al-Muthanna Branch. The meeting was held under the sponsorship of Huroof Foundation for Studies and Research, in cooperation with the Office of the Iraqi Council of Representatives in Al-Muthanna Governorate, and upon the invitation of the provincial team representative, Ms. Raghad Al-Hamidawi.

The meeting discussed organizational aspects related to the upcoming conference and mechanisms for coordination with civil society organizations to ensure broad and effective participation that reflects the important role of NGOs in strengthening institutional partnerships and advancing civil society work in Iraq.

The meeting was chaired by members of the Central Administration of the General Forum of Non-Governmental Organizations in Iraq, Mr. Subaih Al-Bukhati and Mr. Abdullah Al-Qazwini, in the presence of the Director of NGO Affairs in Al-Muthanna Governorate, Mr. Mandil Al-Ziyadi, Engineer Zaman Al-Hamdani, and the Director of the Office of the Iraqi Council of Representatives in Al-Muthanna Governorate, Mr. Jawad Kadhim, alongside a number of heads and representatives of civil society organizations in the governorate.

The gathering witnessed an exchange of views and proposals on ways to enhance cooperation between organizations and relevant institutions, contributing to the support of development initiatives and reinforcing the role of civil society in serving community issues.

The meeting concluded with a set of recommendations that included organizing a number of activities and coordination meetings during the coming period as part of a series of preparatory meetings aimed at improving the performance and effectiveness of civil society organizations, achieving tangible results that serve Iraqi society and support the Sustainable Development Goals.
