نفذت منظمة إشراقات للتنمية، وبالشراكة مع مؤسسة المرأة العراقية الماهرة، ورشة تدريبية في محافظة المثنى ، على قاعة كوديا. بتمويل من صندوق المرأة للسلام والعمل الإنساني (WPHF) وبدعم من هيئة الأمم المتحدة للمرأة (UN Women)
وفي سياق دعم وتمكين المنظمات النسوية والشبابية للقيام بدور فاعل في ترسيخ السلام وبناء آليات حل النزاعات
ناقش الحاضرين في الورشة تعزيز مفاهيم السلام، ومنع العنف، ومكافحة التطرف العنيف، و فهم جذوره وأسبابه، إضافة الى تحليل النزاعات وسبل معالجتها، و تعزيز ثقافة التعايش السلمي وبناء الشراكات والتحالفات بين الجهات ذات العلاقة.
تهدف الورشة التي استهدفت 15 مشاركًا ومشاركة من المنظمات النسائية والمنظمات التي يقودها الشباب الى منع التطرف إلى معالجة الأسباب الجذرية، واستراتيجيات مكافحته على مجالات الوقاية والتحذير والحماية .
The Ishraqat Development Organization, in partnership with the Iraqi Women's Skilled Foundation, conducted a training workshop in Al-Muthanna Governorate at the Kodia Hall. The workshop was funded by the Women's Peace and Humanitarian Fund (WPHF) and supported by UN Women.
Within the framework of supporting and empowering women's and youth organizations to play an active role in consolidating peace and building conflict resolution mechanisms, participants discussed strengthening peace concepts, preventing violence, combating violent extremism, understanding its roots and causes, analyzing conflicts and ways to address them, promoting a culture of peaceful coexistence, and building partnerships and alliances among relevant stakeholders.
