منظمة إشراقات للتنمية وقسم المرأة في محافظة الديوانية  يطلقان ورشة إعداد خطة عمل محلية ضمن الخطة الوطنية الثالثة لتنفيذ القرار ١٣٢٥ في الديوانية لتشكيلات المرأة في دوائر فك الارتباط والوحدات الإدارية

تُقيمها منظمة إشراقات للتنمية بالتعاون مع قسم المرأة في ديوان المحافظة، بعنوان: “تطوير خطة عمل محلية تتضمن تحليل السياق المحلي لقضايا المرأة والسلام والأمن ضمن إطار الخطة الوطنية الثالثة لتنفيذ قرار مجلس الأمن الدولي رقم ١٣٢٥. يتم تنفيذ هذا المشروع من قبل  منظمة اشراقات للتنمية  بتمويل مقدم من منظمة نساء من اجل نساء العالم (WFWI)  , بدعم من وزارة الخارجية والتنمية البريطانية (FCDO).

 يشارك في الورشة عدد من مسؤولات ومسؤولي شؤون المرأة في دوائر فك الارتباط والوحدات الإدارية، إضافة إلى ممثلي منظمات المجتمع المدني، ومؤثرين اجتماعيين وإعلاميين، في خطوة تعكس أهمية التكامل بين المؤسسات الرسمية والمجتمعية لدعم قضايا المرأة والسلام والأمن.

تمت مناقشة واقع النساء في المجتمع المحلي من حيث المشاركة في الحياة العامة، التعليم، التمكين الاقتصادي، والأدوار القيادية، مع عرض بيانات أو تجارب ميدانية وتحليل الاتجاهات والتغيرات الإيجابية أو التحديات القائمة. وإعداد خريطة تفاعلية للتحديات السياسية التي تواجه النساء واقتراح حلول عملية وسياسات داعمة لتعزيز بيئة مشاركة آمنة ومنصفة.

Ishraqat Development Organization and the Women's Department in Diwaniyah Governorate launched a workshop to develop a local action plan within the framework of the Third National Action Plan for the implementation of Resolution 1325 in Diwaniyah for women's organizations in the de-escalation departments and administrative units. The workshop, organized by the Ishraqat Development Organization in cooperation with the Women's Department of the Governorate Office, is titled: “Developing a Local Action Plan that includes an analysis of the local context of women, peace, and security issues within the framework of the Third National Action Plan for the implementation of UN Security Council Resolution 1325.”

Women Making Change Project in Muthanna and Diwaniyah (NISAAM  Y2)

"This project is implemented by  Ishraqat Development Organization (IDO  ) with funding provided by Women for Women International (WfWI), supported by the UK’s Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO)

 The workshop brought together a number of women's affairs officials from disengagement departments and administrative units, as well as representatives of civil society organizations, social influencers, and media professionals. This initiative reflects the importance of integration between official and community institutions to support women's issues, peace, and security.

 The workshop addressed the reality of women in the local community in terms of their participation in public life, education, economic empowerment, and leadership roles. It included the presentation of data and field experiences, an analysis of positive trends and changes, and an examination of existing challenges. Participants also developed an interactive map of the political challenges facing women and proposed practical solutions and supportive policies to foster a safe and equitable environment for participation.
