تحالف نسوي جديد لتعزيز الأمان ومناهضة العنف في المثنى والديوانية

ضمن اطار تنفيذ خطة العمل الوطنية الثالثة حول اجندة المرأة والسلام والامن (NAP III)، في محافظة المثنى . ضمن أنشطة مشروع نساء يصنعن التغيير في المثنى والديوانية NISAAM Y2 بتمويل مقدم من منظمة نساء من اجل نساء العالم (WFWI)  , بدعم من وزارة الخارجية والتنمية البريطانية (FCDO)

نفذت منظمتنا وبالتعاون مع قسم شؤون المراة في محافظة المثنى , الورشة التدريبية (تطوير خطة عمل محلية تتضمن تحليل السياق المحلي لقضايا المرأة والسلام والأمن ضمن إطار خطة العمل الوطنية الثالثة) . شارك فيها شعب ووحدات شؤون المراة في المحافظة وعدد من ممثلات  المنظمات النسوية . لمدة ثلاث أيام خلال شهر كانون الثاني 2026 .

تضمنت الورشة تحليل السياق المحلي لقضايا النساء والسلام والأمن ومراجعة وضع النساء في المجتمع، وأبرز التحديات المرتبطة بالعنف، التمييز، الإقصاء السياسي، مبادئ ومحتوى خطة العمل الوطنية (NAP III)، محاور الخطة الوطنية وأهدافها، ودور المجتمع المدني في تنفيذها .

وكانت من مخرجات الورشة تشكيل فريق محلي لصياغة خطة محلية تتماشى مع محاور الخطة الوطنية الثالثة وبالتعاون مع الجهات ذات العلاقة .   

Within the framework of implementing the Third National Action Plan on Women, Peace and Security (NAP III) in Al-Muthanna Governorate,

This project is implemented by  Ishraqat Development Organization (IDO  ) with funding provided by Women for Women International (WfWI), supported by the UK’s Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO)

Our organization, in cooperation with the Women's Affairs Department in Al-Muthanna Governorate, conducted a training workshop on "Developing a Local Action Plan that Includes a Local Context Analysis of Women, Peace and Security Issues within the Framework of the Third National Action Plan." The workshop, held over three days in January 2026, was attended by representatives from the Women's Affairs Department and its various units in the governorate, as well as representatives from several women's organizations.

The workshop included an analysis of the local context of women, peace and security issues, a review of the status of women in society, and the most prominent challenges related to violence, discrimination, and political exclusion. It also covered the principles and content of the National Action Plan (NAP III), its themes and objectives, and the role of civil society in its implementation.

One of the workshop's outcomes was the formation of a local team to draft a local action plan aligned with the themes of the Third National Action Plan, in cooperation with relevant stakeholders.
