في إطار تنفيذ أنشطة مشروع مبادرة السلام المستدام دور المرأة للوقاية من النزاعات والاستجابة لها، نفذت منظمة إشراقات للتنمية ورشة تدريبية متخصصة في محافظة الديوانية بهدف تعزيز قدرات المنظمات النسائية والمنظمات التي يقودها الشباب في مجالات بناء السلام والوقاية من النزاعات.
أقيمت الورشة في مدينة الديوانية على قاعة كهرمانة خلال الفترة من الثامن والعشرين ولغاية الثلاثين من شهر تشرين الثاني لعام 2025 بمشاركة خمسة عشر مشاركاً ومشاركة بواقع ثماني نساء وسبعة رجال من ممثلي المنظمات النسائية والمنظمات التي يقودها الشباب.
ركزت الورشة على تطوير المعارف والمهارات المتعلقة بمفاهيم السلام ومكافحة التطرف وأساليب التفاوض وحل النزاعات إلى جانب التشبيك والمناصرة وحملات كسب التأييد والرصد وكتابة التقارير كما تضمنت محاور تدريبية حول تعزيز التعايش والوحدة الوطنية واحترام حقوق الإنسان ونبذ خطاب الكراهية والعمل التشاركي مع أصحاب المصلحة لوضع حلول مستدامة للتحديات التي تهدد السلم المجتمعي.
وتضمن البرنامج التدريبي جلسات تفاعلية وتمارين عملية هدفت إلى تمكين المشاركين والمشاركات من تطبيق المفاهيم المكتسبة عملياً وتعزيز قدرتهم على تحليل النزاعات والمساهمة في جهود الوقاية منها والاستجابة لها على المستوى المحلي.
ويأتي تنفيذ هذه الورشة ضمن مشروع مبادرة السلام المستدام الذي تنفذه منظمة إشراقات للتنمية وبدعم من هيئة الأمم المتحدة للمرأة وصندوق المرأة للسلام والعمل الإنساني وذلك في إطار دعم مشاركة النساء والشباب في عمليات بناء السلام وتعزيز الاستقرار والتماسك الاجتماعي في محافظة الديوانية.
Ishraqat for Development Organization implements a training workshop in Al-Diwaniyah as part of the Sustainable Peace Initiative project to strengthen the role of women in conflict prevention and peacebuilding
As part of the implementation of the activities of the “Sustainable Peace Initiative: The Role of Women in Conflict Prevention and Response” project, Ishraqat for Development Organization carried out a specialized training workshop in Al-Diwaniyah Governorate aimed at strengthening the capacities of women’s organizations and youth-led organizations in the fields of peacebuilding and conflict prevention.
The workshop was held in the city of Al-Diwaniyah at Kahrmana Hall from 28 to 30 November 2025, with the participation of fifteen participants—eight women and seven men—representing women’s organizations and youth-led organizations.
The workshop focused on developing knowledge and skills related to peace concepts, countering extremism, negotiation methods, and conflict resolution, in addition to networking, advocacy, campaigning, monitoring, and report writing. It also included training components on promoting coexistence, national unity, respect for human rights, rejecting hate speech, and participatory work with stakeholders to develop sustainable solutions to challenges threatening community peace.
The training program included interactive sessions and practical exercises aimed at enabling participants to practically apply the acquired concepts, strengthen their ability to analyze conflicts, and contribute to efforts for conflict prevention and response at the local level.
The implementation of this workshop falls within the framework of the Sustainable Peace Initiative project carried out by Ishraqat for Development Organization with the support of UN Women and the Women’s Peace and Humanitarian Fund, as part of efforts to support the participation of women and youth in peacebuilding processes and to enhance stability and social cohesion in Al-Diwaniyah Governorate
