مشروع نساء يصنعن التغيير في المثنى والديوانية NISAAM Y2
منظمة إشراقات للتنمية تنفذ ورشتي "بناء قدرات النساء الشابات والقياديات المستقبليات" في المثنى والديوانية
نفذت منظمة إشراقات للتنمية الورشة التدريبية الثانية في كلٍّ من محافظتي الديوانية والمثنى، تحت عنوان "بناء قدرات النساء الشابات والقياديات المستقبليات"، وذلك للفترة من 28 إلى 30 أيلول 2025.
وأقيمت ورشة محافظة الديوانية بالتعاون مع قسم المرأة في المحافظة على قاعة أجواء بغداد، وقدّمتها المدربة السيدة أمل الشباني، فيما نُظّمت ورشة محافظة المثنى بالتعاون مع مديرية الشباب والرياضة على قاعة ريادة في مديرية شباب ورياضة المثنى، وقدّمتها المدربة السيدة لمى قاسم.
واستهدفت الورشتان (30 امرأة) من الفئتين الشابة والقيادية بواقع 15 مشاركة في كل محافظة، بهدف تطوير مهاراتهن في القيادة وصنع القرار، وتعزيز حمايتهن في الفضاء الرقمي، ورفع وعيهن الانتخابي كناخبات ومرشحات، إلى جانب تمكينهن من أدوات الحملات الرقمية والتواصل المجتمعي لتمكين مشاركتهن الفاعلة في الحياة العامة وصناعة التغيير في مجتمعاتهن المحلية.

Ishraqat for Development Organization Implements Two Workshops on “Building the Capacities of Young and Future Women Leaders” in Al-Muthanna and Al-Diwaniyah
Ishraqat for Development Organization implemented the second training workshop in both Al-Diwaniyah and Al-Muthanna governorates, under the title “Building the Capacities of Young and Future Women Leaders”, during the period from September 28 to 30, 2025.
The workshop in Al-Diwaniyah was organized in cooperation with the Women’s Affairs Department in the governorate, held at Ajwa Baghdad Hall, and delivered by trainer Amal Al-Shabbani.
Meanwhile, the workshop in Al-Muthanna was organized in collaboration with the Directorate of Youth and Sports, held at the Riyada Hall in the Directorate of Youth and Sports of Al-Muthanna, and delivered by trainer Lama Qasim.
The two workshops targeted 30 women (15 participants in each governorate) from young and emerging leaders, aiming to develop their skills in leadership and decision-making, enhance their digital protection, raise their electoral awareness as voters and candidates, and empower them with tools for digital campaigning and community communication, to enable their effective participation in public life and contribution to positive change in their local communities.
