شاركت منظمة إشراقات للتنمية في المؤتمر الأول الذي نظمته شعبة أصدقاء الداخلية في قسم العلاقات والإعلام بقيادة شرطة المثنى، تحت شعار:
جاءت هذه المشاركة ضمن جهود المنظمة لتعزيز حضور المجتمع المدني في قضايا الأمن المجتمعي، حيث تناول المؤتمر مجموعة من القضايا الحيوية التي تشغل الرأي العام في المحافظة، من بينها الحد من ظاهرة الدكة العشائرية، ودعم مبادرات تُسهم في تعزيز الاستقرار والسلم الأهلي.
وشهد المؤتمر حضور وفد من وزارة الداخلية، إلى جانب الأستاذ حيدر الوهامي، النائب الثاني لمحافظ المثنى، وممثلين عن عدد من المنظمات والفرق التطوعية، إضافة إلى إعلاميين وناشطين وشخصيات أكاديمية، في تأكيد على أهمية الشراكة المجتمعية في دعم الأمن وتعزيز الوعي المجتمعي.
The Ishraqat for Development Organization participated in the first conference organized by the Friends of the Interior Division at the Public Relations and Media Department of Al-Muthanna Police Command, under the theme:
"The Role of Volunteer Teams and Civil Society Organizations in Sustaining Security and Supporting Security Agencies."
This participation comes as part of the organization’s ongoing efforts to strengthen civil society’s role in community security. The conference addressed several key issues of public concern in the governorate, including the need to curb the tribal “dakka” practice, promote stability, and launch awareness initiatives aimed at enhancing communal peace.
The event was attended by a delegation from the Ministry of Interior, alongside Mr. Haider Al-Wahhami, the Second Deputy Governor of Al-Muthanna, as well as representatives from various civil society organizations, volunteer groups, media professionals, activists, and academic figures—affirming the importance of community partnership in supporting security and raising public awareness.
