في إطار جهودها المتواصلة لنشر ثقافة الحفاظ على البيئة، نفذت منظمة إشراقات للتنمية سلسلة زيارات توعوية لعدد من مدارس محافظة المثنى، ضمن أنشطة مشروع تعزيز الثقافة البيئية وتطوير الوعي المجتمعي، الذي يُنفَّذ بدعم من السفارة السويسرية في العراق، وبالتنسيق مع مديرية تربية المثنى – قسم إدارة الجودة برئاسة السيدة الحقوقية حنان العاقولي.
استهدفت الزيارات نشر المعارف البيئية بين الطلبة والكوادر التربوية، وتضمَّنت محاضرات تفاعلية ركزت على أهمية حماية البيئة وصون مواردها الطبيعية، فضلاً عن تشجيع المجتمع على تبنّي سلوكيات مسؤولة تسهم في الحد من الملوثات والممارسات الضارة .

Ishraqat for Development Organization Enhances Environmental Awareness in Muthanna Schools with Support from the Swiss Embassy
As part of its ongoing efforts to promote environmental protection, Ishraqat for Development Organization carried out a series of awareness visits to several schools in Al-Muthanna Governorate. The activity falls within the framework of the Environmental Culture Enhancement and Community Awareness Project, implemented with the support of the Swiss Embassy in Iraq, and in coordination with the Directorate of Education in Al-Muthanna – Quality Management Department, headed by Mrs. Hanan Al-Aqouli.
The visits aimed to spread environmental knowledge among students and educational staff, featuring interactive lectures emphasizing the importance of protecting the environment and preserving natural resources, while encouraging environmentally responsible behaviors that reduce pollution and harmful practices.
