تواصل منظمة إشراقات للتنمية تنفيذ أنشطتها الهادفة لتعزيز الاستدامة البيئية في محافظة الديوانية، حيث نظّمت الجلسة السابعة في ريف المحافظة بتاريخ 22 أيار/مايو 2025، ضمن مشروع "معاً من أجل بيئة مستدامة"، وبدعم من السفارة السويسرية في العراق.
وجاءت الجلسة بالتعاون مع مديرية زراعة الديوانية، وأدارها المهندس علي كريم، مسؤول قسم التخطيط والمتابعة في المديرية.
سلّط المدرب خلال الجلسة الضوء على مجموعة من الممارسات والتقنيات الزراعية الحديثة التي تهدف إلى رفع الإنتاجية الزراعية، وتعزيز قدرة المجتمعات الريفية على التكيف، والحد من انبعاثات غازات الاحتباس الحراري. كما ناقش أساليب زراعية متقدمة تراعي الظروف البيئية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية المحلية، مثل:
اعتماد أصناف محاصيل مقاومة للتغير المناخي
تطبيق الزراعة الحافظة
التوسع في الزراعة العضوية
استراتيجيات فعّالة لإدارة المياه
تحسين إدارة الثروة الحيوانية
Ishraqat for Development Organization continues implementing its activities aimed at promoting environmental sustainability in Diwaniyah Governorate. On May 22, 2025, the organization held its seventh session in the rural areas of the governorate, as part of the "Together for a Sustainable Environment" project, supported by the Swiss Embassy in Iraq.
The session was organized in cooperation with the Diwaniyah Directorate of Agriculture and was led by Engineer Ali Kareem, Head of the Planning and Monitoring Department at the directorate.
During the session, the trainer highlighted a set of modern agricultural practices and technologies designed to increase agricultural productivity, enhance the resilience of rural communities, and reduce greenhouse gas emissions. The discussion also covered advanced agricultural methods tailored to specific environmental, social, and economic contexts, including:
Adoption of climate-resilient crop varieties
Implementation of conservation agriculture
Expansion of organic farming
Effective water management strategies
Improved livestock management
