The third workshop for the project (transparent and comprehensive local governance in Iraq) was held in Sulaymaniyah for three consecutive days, in the presence of the three local governments from the governorates of Diwaniyah, Muthanna, and Basra, and civil society organizations in those governorates. The workshop dealt with mechanisms for exchanging experiences, information, and joint analysis between civil society organizations, local governments, and community functions. Civil and local governments in participatory processes - theory and legal framework.
